Robert Seals, DMSC, PA-C is a family practice physician associate with more than 20 years of experience in the medical field. He served for 28 years in the U.S. Army where he worked as a physician assistant along with a number of other roles. His specialties include emergency medicine, family practice, physical therapy, and orthopedics. At Salud Spa, he oversees business operations and delivers excellent care to improve the wellness of patients in Prescott, AZ. Working alongside his wife, Chrissie Seals, Dr. Seals is committed to partnering with patients to provide customized, holistic treatment plans. He is passionate about helping individuals gain improved health and well-being through detail-oriented, respectful care.

During his time in the U.S. Army, Dr. Seals earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Following that, he received a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the same school. He joined the Army in 1988, working as a physician assistant and assistant clinical manager for an outpatient clinic. He later served as an operations officer and then as deputy commander in the Arizona Army National Guard before becoming chief of clinical operations for the Army National Guard Bureau in Arlington, VA. While serving in the Army, he gained extensive expertise in both the clinical and business sides of healthcare.

Dr. Seals and his wife, Chrissie, have three grown children and four grandchildren.

Chrissie Seals, WHNP is a certified women’s health nurse practitioner specializing in female reproductive health and gynecology. With nearly three decades of experience in practice, and 14 years as an esthetic injector, she is well-equipped to provide a variety of aesthetic procedures and sexual health treatments to improve the health and well-being of patients. She specializes in BOTOX®, dermal fillers, weight loss treatments, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (pellets), vaginal rejuvenation, and more. Chrissie is deeply dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for every individual. She takes a compassionate approach and works one-on-one with patients to offer personalized treatment options that fit their unique needs.

Chrissie obtained both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse in the NICU and worked for several years as a women’s health nurse practitioner. From 2004 – 2006, she served as a national speaker for Johnson & Johnson, educating providers about treatments for chronic pelvic pain. She has also previously worked as an IVF coordinator. In 2009, she opened her independent practice specializing in OB/GYN, aesthetics, and BOTOX.
